Hope Gardens Ecology Centre
We hope this newsletter finds you and yours well and in good spirits! This being the start of our blog where we can have regular conversations, because, we have received so many good ideas and lots of your positive feed back on the new Ecology Centre. It remains vital to us that the proposed Ecology centre must benefit, respect and celebrate all of our community. We invite and look forward to our communities continued support.
HELPING THE COMMUNITY TO RECOVER
Hope Gardens is a community-led space and we would like to do more to help the process of recovery. Due to the concrete and destitute nature of under the West-Way our development will allow space for:
A gathering point : a place to be connect and connected
A new micro-climate under the A40
Clean well-lit paths to walk
An increase in footfall for the productive use of the space rather than anti-social behaviour and shadowy corners, as it was before the garden was established.
Help those who regularly inhabit the space and who use it as a thoughway from one main road to another
The new ecology centre will re-claim significant areas of hard paving.the centre will include planting at ground and first floor, the upper storey will be wrapped in in wire with which to extend the planting vertically. to remove even more C02 emissions from the motorway directly above.

We’re a non for profit organisation seeking to develop facilities for the volunteers and local community of this Grenfell memorial space named home gardens and the wall of truth, which we would love to preserve as it still has messages from that harrowing night where that terrible tragedy occurred.
Every week, our dedicated volunteers pour their hearts into nurturing our beloved community garden. Their efforts allow this healing space to flourish so we can so we can to sustain its upkeep and continue to organise free events that bind our community together . Your donation, no matter the size, ensures this garden remains a thriving haven for everyone. Together, let’s sow the seeds of generosity and reap the harvest to togetherness. Donate now to future our community’s shared oasis. Donate now to help support current and the future developments of Hope Gardens Ecology Centre.
